    • Adskillers facilitates lead generation for marketing agencies targeting Shopify brands.

    • Adskillers receives a 40% commission on revenue generated from referred clients.

  2. Revenue Tracking and Payment

    • Revenue is verified using Google Sheets, invoices, and sometimes client feedback (we rarely perform satisfaction questionnaire to verify data).

    • Payments are due at the end of each month based on Google Sheet calculations.

    • Payments for successfully closed deals during calls are due immediately after the client is charged.

  3. Tagging Clients

    • All clients acquired through Adskillers must be tagged in the agreed systems(Google Sheet) for transparency and accurate tracking.

  4. Transparency and Compliance

    • Adskillers prioritizes accurate tracking and reporting. To maintain transparency:

      • Adskillers may require system access (e.g., Calendly) to independently verify client status.

      • Accurate reporting is required for all invoices, Google Sheets data, and client feedback.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must:

      • Properly tag all referred clients in the agreed systems (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets).

      • Submit copies of invoices for all referred clients to facilitate accurate revenue tracking.

      • Ensure that reported revenue matches Google Sheets, invoices, and client feedback data.

  6. Termination Consequences

    While either party can terminate this partnership at any time, the following consequences apply:

    1. Loss of Access

      • Terminating the partnership results in the permanent loss of access to Adskillers’ steady stream of booked calls and potential clients.

    2. Rejoining Fee

      • To resume the partnership after termination, the Client must pay $2,000 per active client at the time of termination to regain access. Any reduced rates or benefits previously granted may no longer be available.


  7. Discontinuation of Partnership

    • Adskillers reserves the right to terminate this partnership if:

      1. Clients who begin working with the Client are not properly tagged in the agreed systems.

      2. Any inconsistency arises between invoices, Google Sheets data, or client feedback.

  8. Payment Process

    • Payments will be processed in USD. Bank details will be provided after signing the contract.

  9. Confidentiality

    • All shared information, including client data and feedback, must remain confidential.

  10. Modifications

    • Terms may be updated periodically. Clients are responsible for staying informed.

This could lead to reduced profitability for the Client if they decide to rejoin. This partnership remains active until clients referred by Adskillers part ways with the Client's agency services.
