Pricing:
I’ve chosen this pricing strategy because it’s highly favored by agencies. It helps reduce the risks and unpredictable costs associated with pay-per-booked-call models, which can add up quickly.
Process:
Typically, we set up a dedicated Calendly account, allowing clients to edit both their own Calendly and the one assigned by us. This setup offers flexibility and convenience. Additionally, it allows me to see who hasn’t booked a call yet, so I can manually follow up and recover some of those opportunities.
This partnership is built on trust, and I highly value transparency. My goal is to genuinely help your agency thrive through this collaboration.
Reporting:
I’ve also set up a simple Google Sheet that auto-calculates the revenue. You just enter clients row by row, and it automatically sums up the total invoiced amount at the end of each month.
To maintain client satisfaction and transparency, we will periodically follow up with clients who book calls to gather feedback (less frequent with time). This may include surveys about their overall satisfaction and payment amounts. Please ensure that the revenue generated from clients through us is reported accurately.
We can detect any inconsistencies, and if any of the following happen, we may need to discontinue the partnership:
1. Clients who start working with you are not tagged properly.
2. There’s any mismatch between invoices, Google Sheets, or client feedback.
