1. Services Provided

   1. Qualified Booked Calls:

      • A qualified call is defined as a vetted potential client decision-maker entering your sales cycle.

      • Examples:

        • Qualified Call: "I’m interested in your services but need more time."

        • Non-Qualified Call: "I need services you don’t offer (e.g., Meta Ads when only PPC is provided)."

   2. Client Ownership:

      • Once a client is secured, you retain full ownership of the client relationship.

   3. Client Vetting Process:

      • We vet all brand decision-makers to ensure alignment with your agency’s services and qualifications.

   Pricing Structure

   • $349 per booked call for brands earning $50k–$500k+/month.

   • $549 per booked call for real estate clients needing PPC/Meta marketing services.

   Note: Pricing reflects the quality and qualification of calls, as well as client earning potential.

   Payment Terms

   1. Weekly Invoicing:

      • Invoices are calculated and sent at the end of each week.

      • Payment is accepted via secure USD bank transfer or Stripe invoices.

   2. Payment Responsibility:

      • Payment is required for all qualified booked calls.

   Collaboration Requirements

   1. Case Studies:

      • Provide case studies or links showcasing your agency’s expertise (e.g., CRO, Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing) to enhance outreach offers.

   2. Calendly Access:

      • Share your Calendly login details or invite ayberk@adskillers.net to an additional seat.

      • This link will allow potential clients to book calls directly with your team.

      • Customization of Calendly links is permitted to suit your needs.

   Call Qualification and Disputes

   1. Satisfaction Questionnaires:

      • If we determine through feedback that reported "non-qualified" calls are indeed qualified, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement.

   Termination Clause

   Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' written notice. Immediate termination is allowed in the event of breach of contract or failure to meet outlined qualifications.

   Scope of Clients

   • Our outreach targets premium quality Shopify brands and businesses earning $50k–$500k+/month.

   • This ensures manageable, high-paying clients aligned with your agency's services.

   Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold Adskillers Growth harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the clients secured through our services.

   Confidentiality

   All shared materials (case studies, Calendly credentials, etc.) are confidential and will only be used for service execution.
